This page gives a general overview of the information used for contact requests, account features and applications on our website.

Consultation inquiries
The name, email, optional phone number, area of interest, message and selected service or programme in the contact form are stored to review and answer your inquiry. Required fields must be completed to submit the form. Do not include identity, passport, health or banking documents in the message field.
Accounts and applications
Registration processes your name, email, selected account type and login credentials. Your declared date of birth is used to check the minimum age of 14; this registration step retains the check result and time rather than the date. Course and tour requests link your programme selection, name, optional phone number, message and review status to your account.
Forms and documents
Answers and files in assigned service forms, together with version and activity records, are used to process and review the relevant application. Send only requested documents through the corresponding private document area. Access is restricted by account, verified guardian relationship and task permissions. Withdrawing an application or document request does not automatically delete earlier files.
Technical services and access
Cloudflare delivers the website; Supabase provides accounts, the database and private file storage; Google services are used for business email communication. These providers process technical data needed for the relevant service. Within the institution, records are reviewed by staff with the relevant task permissions. If you open a link to an external education platform, its own privacy notice applies.
Session and security information
Necessary cookies maintain your signed-in session. A key derived server-side from your IP address is processed to limit abuse of the contact form; the raw IP address is not stored in the contact inquiry record. Account and document operations use permission checks and activity records.
Email preferences
Account confirmation, password reset and service transaction emails relate to the corresponding account or service process. Promotional email preferences are separate and can be changed in account settings. Expressing interest during registration alone does not create a promotional email subscription.
Your rights and privacy contact
Contact info@ruhreducation.com or the business address above to ask whether your data is processed, for what purpose and to whom it is disclosed, and to request correction, deletion where the relevant conditions apply, and notification of these changes to recipients. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, portability, withdraw consent, seek compensation and complain to the competent data protection authority. Identity checks may require information limited to the request; do not attach an identity or passport copy to your first email.
